PAM for ERP Basic version

Capture paper-based documents using Scanclient in order to file them electronically after processing according to the principle of late archiving, or add scanned documents to a defined SAP® Workflow (early input).

Archive print lists (ALF) automatically from invoicing runs or outbound documents (PDF) such as quotations from or purchase orders placed with vendors.

PAM for ERP Enterprise version

PAM for ERP Enterprise is a web-based extension for PAM for ERP basic that allows access to archived documents outside of the SAP® environment. In order to facilitate searches of electronic files and documents outside of SAP® applications, search terms from SAP® databases are automatically added to archived records.

PAM for ERP enterprise also imports all documents into the central archive (either manually or automatically) from third-party systems, such as e-mail applications, MS Office or external CRM/ERP systems, thus permanently eliminating media inconsistencies.

The integrated workflow module includes employees in workflow processes who do not have SAP® access.
